JMP Painting
JMP Painting is run by Josh McKenzie, a QBCC-licensed painter and decorator with more than 15 years in the trade.
Josh built the business on word of mouth: honest quotes, turning up on time and finishes that still look sharp years later. He quotes every job himself, does the work himself and checks it with you before he leaves.
Painting for homes, builders and businesses
One painter from first quote to final coat. Josh does the work himself, so the person who quotes your job is the one holding the brush.
Interior & Exterior Repaints
Walls, ceilings, trims, doors, weatherboards and fascias. Furniture covered, floors protected and the place left tidy each day.
New Home Painting
Full new-build paint packages that run to the builder’s schedule, from undercoat through to handover-ready finishes.
Renovations
Patch, fill and repaint after kitchen, bathroom or extension work so new and old surfaces match.
Timber Deck Restoration & Staining
Clean, sand and re-oil or stain grey, weathered decks, steps and handrails to stand up to Queensland sun.
Epoxy Flooring
Hard-wearing epoxy coatings for garages, sheds, workshops and commercial floors, with optional flake finish.
Commercial Painting
Shops, offices, rentals and strata. Work scheduled around your trading hours with minimal disruption.
A local painter who turns up and does it properly
You deal with Josh
No sales reps or rotating crews. Clear written quotes, straight answers and a phone that gets picked up.
15 Years+ Experience
A fully qualified painter and decorator who has seen every surface, substrate and problem wall the region can throw up.
No Shortcuts on prep
Sanding, filling, caulking and priming done before a drop of topcoat goes on. That’s what makes a finish last.
Planning a repaint, new build or deck restoration?
Josh will come out, look at the job and give you a written fixed-price quote. No pressure and no hidden extras.
